LANpoint CE.NET Vehicle Mount Configuration Guide


Step 1: Select terminal model desired


Step 2: Select desired power supply:

12V vehicle

LPP101

24V vehicle

LPP102

36V vehicle

LPP103

48V vehicle

LPP104

72V vehicle

LPP105

Power supply installation kit is highly recommended regardless of which power supply is chosen. (LV5wxyz-abbc kit models only) Not required for "VM" pre-assembled models.

LPP100

battery backup pack is optional for all configurations and is required if the vehicle has an internal combustion engine

LPP109 (for LV5wxyz-abbc kit models only)
LPP110 (for VM5wxyz-abbc models only)


Step 3: Select mounting size and order three adjustable arm components:

2 ¼" diameter ball & socket heavy-duty mountings for fork lifts, hard-wheeled vehicles, heavy vehicles - must have:


One LPA201 ball/flange

And

One LPA200 adjustable arm

And

one of the following: (choice depends on how you want to mount the arm to the vehicle)

 

LPA201 ball/flange

Or

LPA204 ball on 1 ¾" wide clamp

Or

LPA205 ball on 2" wide clamp

Or

LPA207 ball on 3" wide clamp

Or

LPA209 ball on 4" wide clamp

 


Or

1½" light-duty mountings for carts and cushioned vehicles - must have:


one LPA101 ball/flange

And

one LPA100 adjustable arm

And

one of the following: (choice depends on how you want to mount the arm to the vehicle)

 

LPA101 ball/flange

Or

LPA104 ball on 1 ¾" wide clamp

Or

LPA105 ball on 2" wide clamp

Or

LPA107 ball on 3" wide clamp

Or

LPA109 ball on 4" wide clamp

 


Step 4: Do you need any AutoID accessories (all will mount to either the left or right side of the terminal)?
